Gary Gygax is the "Father of Roleplaying" and is known around the world as the co-inventor of Dungeons & Dragons (D&D), the Founder and CEO of TSR, and started Gen Con.

For the signing, he used a high-visibility Sharpie marker. It shows up great on the card and makes it very suitable for framing and display.

Mr. Gygax is rarely seen at gaming conventions and his autograph is very hard to come by.

Years ago, when Gary Gygax started gaming he created a wizard player character to run in his own campaigns. That character was Mordenkainen, the same character used in both the D&D RPG and the D&D Miniatures game.
