GameRocket.net Availability Policy
We do our very best to ensure that only accurate product information is displayed on our site. However, due to our rapidly changing inventory, there may be times when an item becomes out of stock before we are able to place a notification to the site. In the event that this occurs, you will be promptly notified.
Pricing Changes
All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. In the event of a product price change prior to shipment, customers will be notified of the price change and provided with the option to keep, alter, or cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and invite you to email any questions you may have regarding our policies to customerservice@gamerocket.net.
Shipping Costs
All domestic U.S. orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. International orders are shipped via Airmail Parcel Post. Rates are included below.

Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped out within 3-6 business days.
Sales Tax
GameRocket.net is required by law to collected sales tax for the State of Minnesota (6.5%) and the City of Duluth (1%). We are not responsible for any state or local sales or use taxes that you may be required to pay if you are purchasing from outside of Minnesota.
Return Policy
In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item within 14 days from date of delivery along with the following information and we will be happy to give you a full refund (minus the initial shipping cost).
Promptly contact us before you ship the item back to us. Once we provide an authorization code, the item may be returned with the following:
1. All the original contents of the package.
We cannot accept opened or partial packaging.
2. Insure the contents of the package for the full price of the item. GameRocket.net is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping.
3. Make sure that your name and address appear on the package when being returned.
Insurance and Liability
All products shipped from GameRocket.net are insured for their full value only if requested and paid for by the customer. Once a shipment is accepted and received, the customer is solely responsible for the product and any loss or damage that may occur thereafter. Should a return to GameRocket.net be necessary, liability for the product shall be assumed by GameRocket.net only upon its receipt in its original condition.
Legal Notice
Under no circumstances shall GameRocket.net be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. All statements, technical information and recommendations contained herein are based on tests we believe to be reliable, but the accuracy of completeness thereof is not guaranteed, and the following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied: seller's and manufacturer's obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user should determine the suitability of the product for the intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
